Heart circle coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes long. They can be focused on coaching and using heart circle for heart awakening or they can be focused on the same, but also learning how to create your own two-person heart circle. Please contact me before booking Heart Circle sessions.

Heart Circle is a way of coming together to help in heart awakening. In living more purposefully in a chaotic world. We practice being more clear, present, authentic, connected and heart-directed in circle, so that it gradually becomes easier to relate to the world around us in the same way.
Heart Circle coaching sessions are designed to help you learn how to connect more fully with your inner knowing and to explore and potentially change your responses to events in your life. The number of these you have is completely up to you. It can take a few sessions to begin to understand and experience Heart Circle more fully so please allow yourself time for this.
